DrillIQ ("we", "us") operates drilliq.pro and provides drilling software to operators and drilling contractors. This policy explains how we handle personal and operational data.
What we collect on this website
- Demo requests. The Book a Demo page prepares an email to us with the details you enter (name, work email, company, role, interests and any message). Nothing is stored by the page itself; we receive what you send.
- Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies and sends your IP address and browser details to Google. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
- Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve them.
- Your choices. Your consent choice is kept in your browser's local storage.
How we use it
We use demo-request details only to arrange demonstrations and answer enquiries. We do not sell personal data.
Data in the DrillIQ platform
Well and sensor data processed by a DrillIQ deployment stays on the infrastructure you choose (cloud, on-premises or rig-side) and is governed by your organisation's policies and the contract between us. On-premises deployments do not send well data to DrillIQ by default.
Retention
We keep demo enquiries for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them.
Security
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. The platform uses role-based access, sign-in protection and an audit log.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you by writing to info@drilliq.pro.
